The entire property is off-grid, being powered by the sun with solar energy and all of the water is harvested from the rain. Their mission is to be sustainable and beneficial to the environment and the small island community of Solarte Uno, where the local staff come from. They have a tropical permaculture farm that supplies the restaurant for breakfast and dinners, and they source as much as they can from the local neighbors like organic eggs and traditional coconut bread.

Bungalows

Bungalows are set up so that each one can accommodate 2 guests with maximum comfort. The master bedroom features a king size bed and this room can be closed off from the living room by a sliding wall for added privacy. The living room features an L shaped couch, and in our Papaya Bungalow, the couch can be converted into 2 single beds for kids. Kids must be at least 12 years old.

Each bungalow has glass floors, thatched roofs, catamaran net hammocks, direct water access, snorkeling right in front, and farm-to-table dining, among many other great amenities.

Overwater Bungalows for Couples, Families of 4 or Groups of 10

Rent all 4 of the bungalows and have the hotel privately rented for your group of up to 10 guests! You’ll have free use of all the amenities, including kayaks, paddle boards, and dining area.

Papaya Bungalow: This bungalow features 2 glass floors on either side of the king-size bed, 3 ceiling fans, 1 outdoor shower, 3 seating areas, the catamaran net hammock, normal hammock, stairs to the water, 2 snorkeling masks, 2 umbrellas, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. The bungalow size including outside deck space, is 80m².

This Bungalow can host 2 adults and 2 kids. For this arrangement, the L-shaped sofa can become two single beds for the children. 

Pina Bungalow: This bungalow features 1 glass floor in front of the king-size bed. There are 3 ceiling fans, 1 outdoor shower, 3 seating areas, the catamaran net hammock, normal hammock, and stairs to the water, 2 snorkeling masks, 2 umbrellas, and bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink, shampoo/body wash and conditioner. The bungalow size including outside deck space, is 80m².

Mango Bungalow: Both the Mango and Maracuya Bungalows are 100 m², including outdoor deck space. They feature two glass floor panels – one in the living room and one in front of the king size bed. There are also 4 ceiling fans, catamaran net hammocks, an outdoor shower, and a full bathroom with shampoo/ body wash and conditioner. All bungalows have incredible views and come equipped with snorkel masks, swim noodles, a mini fridge, an in-room safe, and fast Starlink WiFi.

Maracuya Bungalow: Both the Mango and Maracuya Bungalows are 100 m², including outdoor deck space. They feature two glass floor panels – one in the living room and one in front of the king size bed. There are also 4 ceiling fans, catamaran net hammocks, an outdoor shower, and a full bathroom with shampoo/ body wash and conditioner. All of the bungalows have incredible views and come equipped with snorkel masks, swim noodles, a mini fridge, an in-room safe, and fast Starlink WiFi.
