  1. (Heart Eyes) one of my favorite things in the whole world is bioluminescent waters. I always make a point to swim in it when I find it. Is it genuinely that bright there?

      1. I can see how sprays and sunscreen might hurt the dinoflagellates but don’t understand how swimming would do harm.

  2. I have been to Puerto Rico once but i had no idea about this island Vieques. I am still wondering how to pronounce it. I can’t wait to go back. I am intrigued by the bioluminescent bay!

  3. Your pictures are stunning – bioluminescent bays…that just sounds like the perfect spot! I’ve never heard of this island before, so I’m going to have to check it out and add it to the bucket list.

  4. Going in March for our 7th time. My husband and I love it so much. Vieques has some incredible restaurants so don’t miss out on some real Puerto Rican food. And rent a jeep!!
